The company is one of domestic enterprises paying attention to intellectual property rights early. In the past 15 years, the company has always adhered to and safeguarded independent intellectual property rights, treated as a support for the brand, strictly observed domestic and international regulations on intellectual property rights, objected to unfair competition measures such as infringement and malicious imitation and set foot on self-improvement, self-discipline and self-strength to make “Jinwa” brand a famous and big Chinese brand of children’s food with high popularity, good reputation, rich association and high sense of social responsibility. In the past 15 years, the company has always adhered to management of “two aspects” during the operation. “One aspect” is managing product innovation and quality assurance; “the other aspect” is managing brand construction and protection of independent intellectual property rights. Ever since 1994, the company has successfully registered “Jinwa” and other trademarks totaling 104 ones at home (including Hong Kong) and abroad, including 51 trademarks provided with trademark registration certificates issued by the Trademark Bureau of State Administration for Industry and Commerce and 53 trademarks being applied for and provided with reception notice, and followed up the rush registration of any trademark similar to “Jinwa” but in the same type and any trademark in different type but belong to the same trademark. Ever since 2003, the company has successfully submitted 32 applications for trademark objection to the Trademark Bureau of State Administration for Industry and Commerce. Meanwhile, the company has successfully applied to State Copyright Administration ad Patent Administration for protection of copyrights and patents for part of innovated products, totally obtaining 24 copyrights and 281 product appearance design patents.
